Your child will start every sentence with once upon a time in this cozy Cape Cod playhouse. Spark their imagination and give them a great outdoor place to play at the same time. Available in many different sizes, you can get a playhouse that fits your outdoor space and your child.

4x6 CAPE COD Playhouse DO-IT-YOURSELF KIT INCLUDES the following:

2' x 3' Wood Wall and Truss Framing

High quality siding and trim prefastened onto wall panels (insures panels are square)

Panelized walls sections (not just precut) save time in assembly

All other parts are precut and ready to assemble

2 working 12x18 windows with safety glass and screens

4 Shutters and 2 flowerboxes

2 (non functioning) Cape Cod Dormers and Grid Windows

Child’s Dutch door (35” High x 16” Wide)

Adult Dutch Door on side (47” High x 24” Wide)

Hardware needed to assemble (screws, latches, handles, nails)

Outside corner trim (white aluminum)

All trim and siding is pre-primed

Paperwork included in Order has a “Hidden Web Link” to download the FULL Instruction Manual for this product

Floor is optional (included ONLY in 4x6 Size)

Assembly IS required:

Shingles, drip edge and paint are NOT included but can easily be purchased at a local store

Playhouse kits are shipped nationwide via common carrier. When your shipment is expected to be delivered via common carrier, you will be required to have 2 people there to help unload. Your shipment will arrive on a pallet (number of pallets will vary with size of building). The truck driver will help remove the bands and wrapping on the pallet, the 2 people will then be required to unload each panel piece by piece from the truck.

great product we would build it again

It took about 5 days for two grandparents with no skills in building anything to build this house. I thought that was pretty good. Directions could be a little better, but they were good enough to get it built. We are very pleased and the children are delighted, heck, their friends are delighted. I have been telling everyone about your product.

Nice playhouse, very laborious contruction, needed to hire a builder to do it.
Needs to be far more winterized. I did not realize it was particle board, I thought it was actual wood on the siding. I paid to have it insulated and finished inside. Ended up costing much more than I had planned.

This was the best product I have ever purchased online.
My grandchildren absolutely love it. It was so easy to put together. The directions were so easy to follow. Anyone could put this together. Hats off to Playhouse Street for such a wonderful product.
